How do I customise the items in the footer of my website?
Your website footer is the very last part of your website page, and is used on every single page you have. You can customise the content of this footer by doing the following:-
- First tap or click Template & Identity from the menu;
- Now on the Footer Options tab customise the following fields as needed:-
- Footer 1 heading (Legal links) - this is the heading use in the first footer block, normally used to include links to your privacy policy and terms and conditions. See How do I include a page link in the website footer?;
- Footer 2 heading (Featured links) - this is the heading use in the second footer block, normally used to display special or featured pages. See How do I include a page link in the website footer?;
- Footer 3 heading (Other details) - this is the heading used in the third footer block, this is the heading that will head up the following fields:-
- Footer 3 free text (Other details) - generally used to detail your companies registration numbers or an important message;
- Show address - you can select whether or not to show your address, see How do I edit the Contact details shown?;
- Show open times - you can select whether or not to show your open times, see How do I edit the Contact details shown?;
- Show email address - you can select whether or not to show your email address, see How do I edit the Contact details shown?;
- Show telephone numbers - you can select whether or not to show your telephone numbers, see How do I edit the Contact details shown?;
- Show social media links - you can select whether or not to show your social media links, see How do I edit the Contact details shown?;
- Finally tap or click Save Changes.
