How can I get a copy of the personal data you hold for me?
To obtain a copy of the personal details we hold for you you need to make a Subject Access Request (SAR), the quickest and easiest was is to do this through your online account, but you can also make a request in other ways; like e-mailing or calling us.
Note
Your personal data does not include any content you have uploaded to our platform (i.e. through the use of our ECHO WebBuilder). If you would like a copy of this data you will need to download it through your online account under Your Content in the GDPR Centre. See How do I download a copy of my content? for more details.
Make a SAR Through your online account
You make a Subject Access Request (SAR) through your online account, do the following:-
First tap or click My account from the menu;
- Then tap or click the GDPR Centre tab;
- Finally, under Your Personal Data, tap or click Request a copy of your personal data.
Note
Once you make a Subject Access Request this will be queued for processing and a copy of the personal data we hold for you will be e-mail to you in a PDF format within 24 hours. As the file will contain sensitive information it will be password protected using your Support PIN, which can be found in your online account.

You will still receive your personal data via e-mail in a password protected PDF format within 24 hours of your request.
