How do I download a copy of my Analytical Data?

To download a copy of your raw Analytical Data, do the following:-

  1. First tap or click  Insights & Reports from the menu;
  2. Then tap or click the Data Download tab;
  3. Finally, under Web Analytics, tap or click Download a copy of your raw wen analytical data, the list will then automatically download.

Note

This file will contain a large number of records that will be in a raw format, meaning data is in its original format and has not undergone any organisation or aggregation.

GDPR Protection

The download will be password protected. Once you start the download we will e-mail the website account owner (and any authorised contacts) to notify them of this action, and to provide them with the file password. 

Compatible Applications Required

This will be in a ZIP file format which will contain the Analytical Data in a CSV file format. You will need to use a compatible application such as 7-zip or WinRAR to successfully decompress the data and remove the password encryption. Due to the encryption method used you can not use the standard Windows Explorer ZIP file system to access the password protected files. You will also need an application such as Microsoft excel to work with the CSV data.
