How do I setup or disable a Low Order Fee?
A low Order Fee is an amount added to a customers order when their order value is below a value you specify, you can choose to enable or disable this feature.
To configure the Low Order Fee, do the following:-
- First tap or click Ecommerce from the menu;
- Then tap or click General Options;
- Then scroll down to Low Order Fees and amend the following fields:-
- Enable low order fee - select Yes to turn this feature on, or No to turn it off;
- Low order fee for all orders under - this is the amount the customer must spend to avoid paying a low order fee;
- Low order fee to charge - this is the amount added to the customers order if their checkout value is less that then value you entered above.
- Finally tap or click Save Changes.
