How do I setup or disable a Low Order Fee?

A low Order Fee is an amount added to a customers order when their order value is below a value you specify, you can choose to enable or disable this feature.

To configure the Low Order Fee, do the following:-

  1. First tap or click  Ecommerce from the menu;
  2. Then tap or click General Options;
  3. Then scroll down to Low Order Fees and amend the following fields:-
    • Enable low order fee - select Yes to turn this feature on, or No to turn it off;
    • Low order fee for all orders under - this is the amount the customer must spend to avoid paying a low order fee;
    • Low order fee to charge - this is the amount added to the customers order if their checkout value is less that then value you entered above.
  4. Finally tap or click Save Changes.
