How do I find an Order?
There are a few ways to find an Order:-
- Use the search box Can we help you find something?;
- Enter one of the following items for the Order into the search field and then tap or click the :-
- Name;
- Company name;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Postcode;
- Order number;
- Payment reference;
- IP address;
- Session ID.
- On the search result screen under Orders tap or click the Order you are looking for and you will be taken to it. If no results are available you will need to search again using different information.
- Enter one of the following items for the Order into the search field and then tap or click the :-
- Use the filter box on the Orders tab of the CRM screen:-
- Select the order statuses to be displayed:-
- Order status;
- Payment status.
- The Orders list will then be filtered. Simply tap or click the Order you are looking for and you will be taken to it. If no results are available you will need to adjust the filter box selection.
- Select the order statuses to be displayed:-
- Select an Order from a Customers account:-
- When you are in a customers account, tap or click Basket & Orders where a full list of the customers orders will be displayed in date order.
