How do I change an Orders Status?
To edit an Orders status, do the following:-
- First open the Order that you want to edit the status for;
- To learn how to find an order see How do I find an Order?
- Then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap or click Update order status/ history;
- Now update the following fields as needed:-
- Order status - Select the current processing status for this order from the drop down list.
- Payment status - Select the current payment status for this order.
- Status comment - If applicable, enter a comment or note for the status.
- Visible to customer? - Select if this status and comment should be visible to the customer. Seleting Yes here will also e-mail the customer with the status update, including the comments entered above.
- Finally tap or click Save Changes.
