How do I change a customers basic details?

To change a customers name, date of birth, telephone number or email address do the following:-

  1. First open the customer account that you would like to change;
  2. On the Customers details tab update the fields that require amendment and then tap or click Save Changes. 

Note

You will need to update the customes name, if applicable, seperatley on any of their addresses under Customers addresses.

How do I change a customers address or company name?

To change a customers address or company name, do the following:-

  1. First open the customer account that you would like to change;
  2. On the Customers details tab under Customer addresses tap or click the Name/ company or Address that you want to amend;
  3. Now update the fields that require amendment and then tap or click Save Changes.
