How do I find a Customer?

There are a few ways to find a customer:-

  1. Use the search box Can we help you find something?; 
    1. Enter one of the following items for the customer into the search field and then tap or click the :-
      • Name;
      • Company name;
      • Email address;
      • Telephone number;
      • Postcode;
      • Order number;
      • Payment reference;
      • IP address;
      • Session ID.
    2. On the search result screen under Customers tap or click the customer you are looking for and you will be taken to their account. If no results are available you will need to search again using different information.
  2. Use the search box in the Customers tab of the  CRM screen:-
    1. Enter one of the following items for the customer into the search field and then tap or click Search;
      • Name;
      • Company name
      • Email address;
      • Telephone number;
      • Postcode;
      • Order number;
      • Payment reference.
    2. The customer list will then be filtered. Simply tap or click the customer you are looking for and you will be taken to their account. If no results are available you will need to search again using different information.
