How to control cookies
All popular browsers give you a level of control over cookies. You can set your browsers to accept or reject all, or certain, cookies. You can also set your browser to prompt you each time a cookie is offered.
We have tried to inclued the most popular browsers below, to get started select your browser below for a step-by-step guide:
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome then tap or click Customize and control Google Chrome;
- Now tap or click Settings;
- Under the Privacy tab tap or click the Content settings... link;
- Now choose your prefered settings under Cookies;
- Finally tap or click the Done to save your new settings then you can close the Settings browser tab.
Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer then tap or click Tools;
- Now tap or click Internet Options;
- Tap or click the Privacy tab;
- Then under Settings move the slider to choose your prefered setting;
- Now tap or click the Apply button to save your changes, then tap or click the OK button to close.
AOL
- Open AOL then tap or click Settings;
- Now tap or click Internet [Web] Options;
- Tap or click Use your Internet Explorer Settings to set advanced browser options;
- Then tap or click the Privacy tab the select Advanced;
- Deselect the override automatic cookie handling button;
- Finally tap or click OK to save and exit.
Mozilla
- Open Mozilla and then tap or click Edit;
- Now tap or click Preferences;
- Tap or click Privacy & Security;
- Then select Cookies and select your prefered setting.
Netscape Navigator
- Open Netscape Navigator and then tap or click Edit;
- Now tap or click Preferences;
- Tap or click Privacy & Security;
- Now select Cookies;
- Then choose your prefered setting.
Deepnet Explorer
- Open Deepnet Explorer and then tap or click Tools;
